Patti Kadis has been in the business of providing fitness and wellness services to corporations, individuals, and the Palm Beach communities for the past ten years.
As a personal trainer Patti has worked with business executives, attorneys, physicians and owners of successful companies who are looking to increase their fitness level in an effort to combat stress, gain confidence in their body and enhance their physical endurance. Patti is a sought after private aquatics instructor with a wide range of experience in working with groups of people of diverse abilities. She has successfully taught aquatic classes and swim lessons to clients ranging from infants to seniors.
Patti's fun and easy going attitude as well as her knowledge at adapting programs for seniors, injured and physically challenged individuals makes her a favorite coach to many. In her spare time Patti enjoys many different physical disciplines including yoga, aquatics, strength training, swimming, biking and running. She is a competitive triathlete, marathon and ultra marathon runner who routinely places in her events.
Patti has coached runners and walkers. She was the local coach for the Arthritis Foundation Joints in Motion Training team. In 2001 She was chosen to go with the whole Florida Team to the Dublin Marathon.
